MODERNIZATION OF HYDROGENERATOR COOLING SYSTEMS

Abstract. The efficiency of the cooling system directly affects the reliability of the hydrogenerator and its durability.
When upgrading the cooling systems of hydrogenerators manufactured in the middle of the last century, it is possible
to increase the cooling efficiency and reduce energy losses for ventilation. The article lists the main prerequisites
for the modernization of cooling systems, considers modernization measures and their impact on the characteristics
of the system.
